Vladimir Fedoseev

Vladimir Vasilyevich Fedoseev, born on February 16, 1995, in Saint Petersburg, Russia, is a chess grandmaster currently representing Slovenia. He earned the Grandmaster title in 2011 and has been a prominent figure in international chess since. Fedoseev secured the Russian Under-18 Championship in 2011 and the European Under-18 Championship in 2013. He has competed in multiple Chess World Cups, including those held in 2015, 2017, 2021, and 2023. In 2023, he transferred his federation to Slovenia. As of January 2025, Fedoseev holds a FIDE rating of 2717, ranking him 26th globally.
