Forgotten Transaction ID Retrieval

If you have lost your SparkChess Full Version Transaction ID, you can retrieve it via email. Enter the email address you used with PayPal and your Transaction ID will be sent to that address.

If you have lost the email address too or you are unable to access it, please contact us. Be advised that we may need to ask you to provide additional information.
