Before starting the recovery procedure, please read this carefully:

  • To recover your password, you need to provide your multiplayer account username and email. If you have linked the multiplayer account with Facebook, please use the email address you use to login on Facebook.
  • The username is case-sensitive.
  • If you own the Full Version of SparkChess (for any platform), we may be able to help even if you did not enter any email address or linked your account. Please contact us providing proof of purchase and any info you can provide on your account.
  • Please note that free accounts may be removed if unused for long periods of time.
  • Offensive usernames are not allowed and may be removed without notice.
